The return of pieces that are in perfect condition is accepted, within a maximum period of 14 days after reception of the order.

To proceed with the return, you must contact, where the return motive must be specified, as well as a photograph of the items to be returned.

Damaged and/or broken items are not accepted for return in case the damage is attributed to the action of any party other than AnaMarta cerâmica.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping of returns should only be made after receiving confirmation by AnaMarta ceramics. The return and its shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer.

There is also the possibility of returning an item in person at the atelier in Lisbon, also pending confirmation via the email:
AnaMarta ceramica is not responsible for the misdirection or loss of returned items by the customer or shipping parties.


The exchange of pieces which are in perfect condition, can be carried out within a maximum of 14 days after reception of the order.

Exchange can be made for pieces of equal or greater value. If they are of greater value than the original purchase, the customer must pay the difference using the payment methods indicated.

To proceed with the exchange, the customer must contact, where the motive for the exchange must be specified, with a photo of the items to be returned attached as well as specifying the new piece to be sent in exchange.

The exchange item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping of the item for exchange should only be made after confirmation is given by AnaMarta ceramics. The choice of item for exchange is limited to the stock availability.

The new pieces will be sent within a maximum period of 14 days (for Portugal / other timings may apply for international orders) after confirmation of payment is made (when necessary), and only after the reception of the original piece at the studio.

Refunds will be made using the same method in which the payment was made only after receiving the returned items, within a maximum period of 14 working days for Portugal/other timings may apply for international orders.

Shipping costs must always be paid for by the customer.

If classes or workshops are not held for reasons attributed to AnaMarta Cerâmica, the applicant will have the possibility to change the registration to a new date or may request a refund of the application fee. These changes are only valid if the applicant requests the cancellation or refund with at least 7 days in advance.
